Week 9 Composite image from your own photographs

1.        Follow a demonstration from your teacher on/ Taking photographs for your composite image/ Refine selection command/smudge edges/burn tool for shadow.

2.       Pair up and with your camera in turn capture at least 5 exact copies of the same selected scene. In each photo place yourself in a different position depicting a different action.

3.       Download the images to your student folder for the subject and open them into Photoshop.

4.       Use the pen tool to select yourself out of 4 (or more) of the photos, then copy & paste them on to the final photo chosen to be your composition.

5.       Use the Burn tool to create shadow and the smudge & blur tool to soften the edges of your selections.

6.       Save a copy of the final image as a PSD with full layers intact and post a jpg copy to your blog.
